CA Signed Server.CRT

I need to update the web management UI on my F5 LTMs to use a certificate signed by an internal CA. I believe the exact certificate I need to update is /config/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt. Whats the easiest way to do this when running LTMs in an active/standby pair that also communicate with a GTM? What specifically do I need to do on the GTM?

Is this as simple as importing the new device certificate on each LTM in the HA pair, then running bigip_add utility on the GTM.
