CA ehealth integration/deployment guide

I'm looking for the possibility to integrate F5 boxes with a "Performance Monitoring Platform" based on CA eHealth.

 

 

I found on f5.com the following link, but unfortunately no other documentation or deployment guide reference:

Do you have some document or guide to share with us about that?

 

 

I need to find a document that could show me how to configure CA eHealth with F5 BIG-IP system values.
