C# - Get information on what removed/added node to pool

Can some one point me to where in the API I should be looking in order to find out how to identify what removed or added a node to a pool?     Thanks

I am creating a iControl tool to do external logging to a database, and that is one of the areas that was requested by our network team.

 

 

As I can't get that information from iControl, I will find another way to get it.
