Build custom monitor with specific Source Ports

I'm looking for a manner to build a specific monitor that uses not the random source port or ICMP ID. Is it possible to specify the range of ports the LTM is using for a specific monitoring?

    I don't think you can specify more than one port for a monitor. but you can assign more than one monitor to a VIP.
