broken links on DevCentral irules home page

Referencing the webpage:

1. The heading "Recent iRules Forum Posts"

 

has all broken hyerlinks, I can't get to any of them, error 400

 

 

2. if i do a search in iRules, all links give the same result clicking on the hyperlink to the full post.

 

 

Other hyperlinks on other pages do not give this error.
