Booting from 11.2.1 into 11.3 loses latest config

Hi all, I've just booted from 11.2.1 into 11.3 and lost a load of config changes. When I booted back to 11.2.1, they re-appeared.     Can someone explain what is going on with the configs her...

Thanks Xfactor - I had found that post earlier, but will have a closer look and perhaps play with the cpcfg command.
