Booting from 11.2.1 into 11.3 loses latest config

Hi all, I've just booted from 11.2.1 into 11.3 and lost a load of config changes. When I booted back to 11.2.1, they re-appeared.     Can someone explain what is going on with the configs her...

I ran into the same issues when testing on my new 2200's. I found this https://devcentral.f5.com/community/group/aft/1178622/asg/52 which seemed to do the trick for me. What I found odd was I needed to do this when going from 11.2.1 to 11.3 but not 11.3 to 11.4.
