Please provide some more information like;

How many pool members do you have setup?

Are you using a persistence profile?

What is your SSL config etc?

Someone can then hopefully help you out with an answer or two.

Yes,I guess your setup needs persistence, the behaviour you described is the typical problem when persitence is required but it is not configured: first request goes to 1st server, the request for the login is a new one established to the second one but this server did not konw anything about the first connection.

Well , your clarification logically, so what i can do now ..... how i can solve it ?

Under LTM Profiles, Persistence create a new profile based on Source Address, edit the timeout values as required.

Then under the Virtual Server, Resources on the web GUI you have the option of selecting primary Persistence Profile. Change this to your newly created Source Address Persistence profile and Update.

Start with this see if it works then can tweak or change the persistence to work better for you application.
