CumulonimbusUnder LTM Profiles, Persistence create a new profile based on Source Address, edit the timeout values as required.
Then under the Virtual Server, Resources on the web GUI you have the option of selecting primary Persistence Profile. Change this to your newly created Source Address Persistence profile and Update.
Start with this see if it works then can tweak or change the persistence to work better for you application.
