Blocking https

Hi everybody,   I'm using Big-IP 1600 with LTM and LC module.   I need to block web pages using both http & https such as facebook, twitter ... Please help me block https of these web pages. ...

without ssl offloading, i don't think u can block https by domain name. it's possible to block by ip address but, u know, it will also block another domain name using the same ip address i.e. web hosting.
