Block Referers

Hello,

 

 

I am a newbe here.

 

 

I have a Shared F5 which several WWW sites configured on it.

 

 

I have 2 questions:

 

 

1. I would like to Block / Drop connections from certain requests to my site (i.e. www.mysite.com) when HTTP requests are comming from a list of Referers I have like:

 

 

http://www.autosurf.e-info.net.pl

 

http://www.buxkings.com

 

...

 

 

2. will this change impact other websites as well ? i would like the impact to be only on my website (i.e. www.mysite.com).

    First of all welcome. :)

     

     

    Second, what version of the BIG-IP are you running? This should be doable in either 4.x or something newer like 9.x or 10.x, but the method will change greatly depending on the version.

     

     

    Let us know what you're running and we'll help out where we can.
