BipIp randomly going into Standby

Hi all,

 

 

I have a pair of 6800, running on 9.4.1.

 

They are configured to be Active/Standby mode.

 

 

However, both of these units are randomly going from Active to Standby mode.

 

 

Also, I have heartbeat cable connected to both of them. Fiber cables connected directly. I cannot PING the peer from one unit, and vice versa.

 

 

Please help ....
