Hi I am new to bigiq , we have discovered our bigip devices ,but wanted to know if I change something on the bigip directly, it should reflect on the configuration for the bigip on bigiq right ? Suppose I add a new virtual server directly on bigip but I don’t see it on bigiq, how do I sync the bigiq to the current bigip configuration ?

You need to rediscover and reimport the LTM configuration.
You manage the configurations of LTMs with the BigIQ, and discovery is only used at the start to import LTM config to the BigIQ.
You should be creating new services on the BigIQ and pushing them to the relevant LTMs.
