BigIQ 6, 500 Server Error

Running into an issue with my Big-IQ 6.0.1.1 Pair. We have an application template and used it to deploy a virtual server to a dev box. We do not currently have any DCD's deployed but they are on the roadmap for the near future. The issue we are seeing, when you click on the Applications Tab, a pop up message says the System is Unavailable. The system returned an unexpected error (500 server error). Connection refused.

 

Any input on what is causing this error and possible ways to correct it?
