EmployeePlatform migration is hard, which is why we recommend engaging F5 Professional Services.
Alternatively, manually set up the base network configuration, add the new device into the device group, sync the config, and remove the old device.
What options did you use to restore the UCS (platform-migrate, no-license)?
What errors do you get if you try
