bigip not booting

hi,

 

 

i have a bigip, which i think is LTM 1500(the number is see in the front isbip220717s).

 

when powering on the device i see in the LCD stuff missing( i see only heartbeat,backlight,contrast,and brightness).

 

even after waiting for 20 minutes it's still the same.

 

tried to plug a serial cable to the serial console port(19200/8/1/none) but i get no response.

 

 

please help.

    If the LCD doesn't show the system menu, it's likely that the config hasn't loaded. The most common cause for this is a config file error or an invalid license. Do you know if the unit is licensed?

     

     

    Can you plug a laptop into the management port and access the unit via the management GUI or SSH?

    hi,

     

     

    actually this unit was working, and i just wanted to change the self ip of the managment port, and then after changing it stopped responding.
