Basically the problem is that the 6900 will not boot on DVD. I have tested the same DVD and DVD Read on a 3900 where it works.

 

So any suggestion how I can make the 6900 boot on DVD would be much appreciated.

 

I have looked thru the BIOS settings, and everything looks ok there.
