We are using a BigIP-3600 version - 12.1.2 (Build 0.0.249).
Few days back it got rebooted somehow. Where can I check the reboot logs and how to know the reason for reboot? Please suggest. Than...

NimbostratusSign in as root and look in /var/log. The log file from that date should already be gzipped--so look for ltm.3.gz, or something close. Also, look in /var/core to see if a core file was generated at that time.
