BigIP 2000 (D45) - Maximum Software Version

Hello,   Recently a friend of mine gave a BIGIP 2000 (D45). It´s funcional and running v45 software. I want to know what is the maximum version I can put on it. Tried to put v 9.4.8 and it says it...
