big3d timeout in F5 LC

Hi Team,

I have F5 Link controller 2000 and device is provisioned with link controller as dedicated module. w e have 2 link configured and same has been configured under link controller --> Link and assigned with bigip_link health monitor, however my link is not showing UP. showing error under /var/log/gtm

"bigip3d:timeout"

We have also default_gateway_pool and assigned with trasnparent health monitor and pool is showing UP. Need help to understand why my link is showing down if we used bigip_link as health monitor. which is as per F5 LC configuration and best practice.

Please help.
