BIG-LTM-VE Evaluation version - Unable to grant license key

Hello

 

I have to test BIG-LTM-VE version 10.2.4 (min 10.2.1)

 

When I try to activate my evaluation key I receive error "Unable to grant license key: Error 51133, F5 registration key is not compatible with the detected platform - This platform"

 

Is this key only for version 10.1? How to test the version 10.2.4 with Exchange templates features (10.2.1 and later) for example?

    to test with any version other then the trial (v10.1) you need to approach your local partner / f5 sales to ask them for a VE trial key.

     

    the trial is only version 10.1 you mention and not for anything else, those keys only work on that trial.

    It is very starnge to allow only to test a very old version of the product... but if so decided, I cannot continue my tests for MS-Exchange.... Other products exist

      like i said, contact your local f5 partner or f5 sales team, they can help you further. the trial 10.1 was something f5 probably decided wasn't worth updating.
