BIG-IP VE VM fails to start Linux
Hi, I am creating a BIG-IP VE VM on Server 2012R2 Hyper-V with a shared storage. The BIG-IP VHD file is saved to the shared storage. I follow instructions from here: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/ve-hyper-v-setup-11-1-0/2.html When I first start the VM, Linux starts, does some configuration, and restarts. After the restart, Linux fails to start with this error: Kernel panic-not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0) Pid: 1, com: swapper Not tainted. Call trace..... Rebooting in 1 seconds.. I tried to create the same VM but on a local disk and it worked out. I also migrated a working VM from the local disk to a shared storage folder and it worked. Any ideas? Fixes?
