Big IP v14.0.0.3 Build 0.0.04 CPU Usage seems a little high.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has made this upgrade and is experiencing something similar. I'm seeing roughly a 70-75% average CPU usage. top in cli says it's java at 114% usage tmm next at 40%.

Hardware: 2x i4800's Spec sheet says we should be at 450,000 connections per second. As you can see from the screen shot we're well below that.
