BIG IP upgrade from 11. 3 to 12.1

We want to upgrade our firmware from 11.3 to 12.1   We have two boot locations HD1.1 and HD1.2   I have downloaded the 12.1 image and uploaded it with ftp to /shared/images but it isnt showing ...

There might be a file permissions issue. Try uploading the image file through the Configuration Utility in your Web browser: System >> Software Management >> click on "Import".
