just for interest, what is IPSec V1.3?

Sorry, it was a mistake, it wasn´t the support for IPSEC 1.3 it was that ICSA Labs granted F5 its 1.3 certification for IPSec.

just some googling seems to indicate they are, they only check against 3.0 criteria
