Big IP POC with no DHCP and no seperate management VLAN

As title really. I am trying to build a basic POC of F5. The documentation states that if I import the ova and then delete all but one of the NICs the start up process will build the relevant config for one NIC. However, at each attempt I am cannot change the IP address from 192.168.1.245/24. I can delete it, but cannot then use config or commands to assigne a new address.

Furthermore, if I build a vm with two NICs the system states I cannot have the management IP and Self IP on the same VLAN.

Is there a way around this?
