NimbostratusNathan may be correct, but your symptoms sound similar to what I had when I was trying to get my vCMP guests in an HA environment. To resolve the issue, I went into Device Management ›› Device Trust : Local Domain and then updated the trust by generating a new self signed authority. After that, I re-established the trust and everything worked.
Give it a try. If it doesn't work, you've only lost a little time.
