BIG-IP LTM is stuck at AOM menu after booting

I have a pair of BIG-IP 5000 devices in a HA mode. The standby node crashes and when I rebooted, the console only shows the followed:

 

I already tried reset host subsystem and then power on but I have the same result. Somebody else have faced with this problem?

    You might have a hardware problem. I'd contact F5 Support for it.
