Hi We have f5 LTM ( ver 11.5.3) in HA pair -active and standby.
Same is being called at GTMs and enterprise manager as well.

Since GTM/ET communicate with ip address of LTM,i hope there is no issue for changing the host name but device trust still use old name ,if you want change name on device trust level it will impact if you want rebuild the trust on viprion models.
if non viprion , you can keep offline one of standby device and rebuild trust without any impact.
