BIG-IP LTM 11.5.4 HF2 Software Upgrade

Hi,

 

We are looking to upgrade an Active / Standby pair of BIG-IP LTM 4000S devices from 11.5.3 (no hotfixes) to 11.5.4 HF2. We intend to use the procedure detailed in this article:

My question is this. In sub-section 3. of the 'Upgrading...' section, in our scenario, should we 'Install the latest hotfix image' or 'Install the new version software'
