Well, to state the bleeding obvious, Access the app direct. Then access the app via the F5. Then compare.

 

 

Access could be via browser, using httpwatch & a quick check, load runner if you want more consistent testing... YMMV...

 

 

Make sure when you test, you are testing apples vs apples. i.e. Same clients, same number of clients, same workload etc.
