CumulonimbusHello it's means that, select one or more servers and click reconnect to reconnect all the device in the selected servers.
For example if you select a F5 lTM(lTM will be server in GSLB) and click reconnect,it will reconnect all things associated to the lTM (including VIPs)
Hope your query resolved. If you have any more queries like this , you can see a help tab in F5. First go to menu then navigate paths( the click help and you will get details about the path)
