Big-IP Edge Client 7.1.3 / 7.1.4 fails to install on windows

"BIG-IP Edge client setup ended prematurely because of an error"

  • There are no relevant errors in Event Viewer
  • Entrust root cert is present and with correct date
  • Happened so far on Win 10 21H1 and Win 8.1 Pro - both have internet connection
  • Used the F5winInfo utility to remove all F5 components, rebooted the computer, same result.

 

APM VE 15.1.3.1

 

Please help.

    After upgrading the appliance OS version to 15.1.4.1 problem was solved.
