BIG-IP DNS Synchronization Group

Does BIG-IP DNS in same Synchronization Group sync's the wide ip config or it is just for DNS Zone file?

    Hi,

     

    The Configuring BIG-IP DNS v12 course is mentioning the following:

     

    Synced:

     

    • Wide IP's

       

    • Wide IP Pools

       

    • Data Centers

       

    • Servers

       

    • Virtual Servers

       

    • GSLB Context iRules

       

    • Topology Records

       

    • Global Settings

       

    • GSLB Context Monitors

       

    Not Synced:

     

    • Listeners

       

    • Pools

       

    • Nodes

       

    • Name Servers

       

    • DNS Express Zones

       

    • DNS Cache Settings

       

    • Local Traffic Context Monitors

       

    • Profiles

       

    • Other Configuration Data

       

    So yes, Wide IP config should by synchronized.
