BIG-IP didn't generate LOG

HI   I use BIGIP version 11.2.1 and provision for LTM and AVR.   I have a problem about BIG-IP didn't generate log ..(log folder is empty)     and when i use command "bigstart s...

I can see log files properly from SSH and GUI.

 

 

but when i want to copy this log files from WinSCP. that folder is empty and have 0 bytes -_-.

 

 

it's very strange.

 

 

ps. I'll try to use other program.
