while upgrading from big-ip 11.5.1 HF4 to 11.6.0, after reloading the configuration utility suck, i'm not able to access it any more, only ssh is working

what is in the /var/log/ltm log? is there any error when re-loading the configuration (tmsh load sys config)?

no, actually I did upgraded the system more than 6 times starting from 11.3.0 up to 11.5.1 HF4. all are going smooth, except for this time

I revert back to 11.5.1, then I did reactivate licenses, then i did upgrade, hope it works well

  nothing much in the log (only mcpd is not ready). you may have to wait for a few minutes more.

Failing that. If you goto the bash shell via the console and type

tmsh load sys config

it should run through loading the config and if it finds any errors that stop it from loading, then it'll say what they are at the CLI.
