Big-IP can't start due to licenses?
how do I get TMSH I try to use it and I get an error
[root@bigip3:Active] config tmsh show sys license -bash: tmsh: command not found [root@bigip3:Active] config

ah, it might be still version 9 then, which didn't include tmsh. but used the bigpipe command.
what happens when you type:
b versionanyway with something like that you are out of luck, you need to get an active license what will be near impossible on such a box.
