NimbostratusBig-IP 12.1.2 (0.0.249) version question
Hello, We have a Big-IP 12.1.2 (0.0.249) in the environment. Would like to know if this version needs any mandatory upgrades or any fixes to apply to avoid any kind of risks. Or shall I keep it running with the same for how long? Please let me know. Thanks!

Version 12.1.2 doesn't contain Spectre and Meltdown patches, better so to migrate to 12.1.3 if you can. There is also some critical software fixes if you have a look on release note of latest 12.1.3 firmware:
My advise will be to plan at least one upgrade per year (but with all security breaches coming up these days 1 per 6 month is not too much...)
