Big-IP 12.1.2 (0.0.249) version question

Hello, We have a Big-IP 12.1.2 (0.0.249) in the environment. Would like to know if this version needs any mandatory upgrades or any fixes to apply to avoid any kind of risks. Or shall I keep it runn...

Version 12.1.2 doesn't contain Spectre and Meltdown patches, better so to migrate to 12.1.3 if you can. There is also some critical software fixes if you have a look on release note of latest 12.1.3 firmware:

My advise will be to plan at least one upgrade per year (but with all security breaches coming up these days 1 per 6 month is not too much...)
