big-ip 11.5.4 will be released when?

Looking for clarity from release notes at https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/releasenotes/product/relnote-ltm-11-5-4.htmlrn_new 1. New in 11.5.4 - There are no new features specific to Local Traffic Manager. 2. Fixes in 11.5.4 - The fixes from 11.5.3 HF1 and HF2 are merged into 11.5.4 Does this mean if I am already on 11.5.3.HF2 that this update provides nothing, aside from cosmetic version number change? There are quite a few ID in the fix list, but no simply way to confirm if any of these are NEW beyond HF1/HF2 release point.
