BIG-IP 11.4.0 Trust breaks with admin password change

BIG-IP 11.4.0 admin password change caused trust to break between LTMs. Has anyone seen this issue?

    can't say that i have. i just recently upgraded a HA pair of 3900 to 11.4 and changed the admin password after the prompt changed from in sync -> changes pending, then pushed the device change to the group. I validated by logging in to the standby unit with the admin account the newly changed password.

     

    note had the same result with root as well.
