BIG-IP 11.4.0 Build 2384 Standby node ICMP offline

Our online node shows that ICMP is online...however, the standby node shows that ICMP is offline on 2 of the 4 servers...is there a way to reset this within the F5 console?

what do you want to reset? isn't it possible that the traffic from the standby node is blocked somehow?
