BIG-IP : unable to delete Data Group File

System > File Management > Data Group File List

 

"file-1" is unreferenced but when I attempt to delete it I receive error :

 

"An error has occurred while trying to process your request"

 

System > File Management > Import

 

"Create New" fails with error :

 

01020066:3: The requested unknown (/Common/file-1) already exists in partition Common.

 

"Overwrite Existing" fails with error :

 

01070712:3: failed in syscall link(/config/filestore/files_d/Common_d/data_group_d/:Common:file-1_36395_2, /config/filestore/.trash_bin_d/.current_d/Common_d/data_group_d/:Common:file-1_36395_2) errno=(No such file or directory) - sys/validation/FileObject.cpp, line 1150

    There is a bug in version 11.4 or 11.0 I cannot remember but please the article below: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/14000/600/sol14671.html

     

    I assume you are on 11.4?

      BIG-IP 11.4.0 Build 2384.0 Final .... but my error occurs when I attempt to delete System > File Management : Data Group File List ... "An error has occurred while trying to process your request." ... does anyone know how to use tmsh to force delete a data-group-file ( not just the file, but also its entry in the tracking-file/db ) ?
