BIG-IP : unable to delete Data Group File

System > File Management > Data Group File List   "file-1" is unreferenced but when I attempt to delete it I receive error :   "An error has occurred while trying to process your request"   ...

There is a bug in version 11.4 or 11.0 I cannot remember but please the article below: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/14000/600/sol14671.html

BIG-IP 11.4.0 Build 2384.0 Final .... but my error occurs when I attempt to delete System > File Management : Data Group File List ... "An error has occurred while trying to process your request." ... does anyone know how to use tmsh to force delete a data-group-file ( not just the file, but also its entry in the tracking-file/db ) ?
