Good day all,
In attempting to backup big-ip configrations to solarwinds ncm, error timed out is seen in solarwind.
the template used is correct as per the big-ip, but then there is nothing happening successfully.
(there is no other communication blocks between the big-ip & solarwind in our infrastructure, it is open)

username / password or ssh limited access on the big-ip is the first that comes to mind, if Solarwinds NCM uses ssh can you try to use a SSH client from the same server and see if that works?
