Best way to determine which LTM is active

Hi,   We are looking for a way to remotely determine which LTM in a pair is the active node. We can use SNMP or iControl. But I wasn't able to find mib that would make the most sense.

Hi Brian, you can use REST Query:

 

https://hostname/mgmt/tm/cm/failover-status?$select=status

 

You get an answer like this:
