I am running a virtual edition BigIP system with a licensing limit of 24mbps. I get these messages in my syslog all the time.

Cirrusnitass thanks for the response. Those articles were very informative. But still why is 28mbps getting through on my 24mbps license?
Also, I have 4 TMM's, giving each one 6mbps. Should I lower my TMM's to 2 so they can each have 12? Would that help?
