Bandwidth utilization exceeded 75% of Licensed 1000 Mbps

Hi All,

I am getting BW related logs on BIG-IP 12.1.2 Build 1.0.271 Hotfix HF1 with 1G throughput license.

When i check the throughput (tmsh show sys performance throughput), it's not exceeding 200Mbps but the logs are showing up quite frequently.

Also, when i tried to see the drops (tmctl -d blade tmm/if_shaper) the ingress_drops counter is incrementing.

Thus, I want to know the following

1. if the packets are getting dropped on the TMM level
2. How can I correlate the BW related logs and the throughput as they are disparate.
3. what is "shaper_tid" in tmctl -d blade tmm/if_shaper output. Is it the TMM thread ?
