bad data from get_memory_usage_information

 

Hi,

 

In using the get_memory_usage_information method the total memory values are wrong. I'm receiving 0 for the high-order bits and a negative for the low order bits when querying a Buffalo Jump device. If I query a 5100 the values are correct. Has anyone seen this? The Buffalo Jump devices are running version 9.1.1.

    Are both platforms running the same software version? This looks like a software issue but if they are both running 9.1.1 that would rule that out.

    Hi Joe,

     

    I apologize the D51 5100 is running version 9.1.0 where the 6400 and 6800 are running version 9.1.1.

    Hi Joe,

     

    I booted into a v9.1.0 partition on the D63 BIG-IP LTM 6800. I am receiving the same memory stats as I was on v9.1.1.
