Backup/Overflow Pool Member

Hi,

 

In the same pool, is it possible to back-up a server when the maximum connection limit is reached?

    active_members returns number of members available to accept new connections (pool member which connection exceeds the limit is not counted). so, you can check the number and redirect or send request to another pool in irule.

    I believe this can also be done in the gui using Priority Group Activation and configuring connection limits.
